1. Inleiding
In deze privacyverklaring voorzien wij u van informatie met betrekking tot de verzameling van uw persoonsgegevens door Ada Alumni.
Wij hebben getracht om u van alle informatie te voorzien op een heldere en leesbare manier. Als u vragen heeft over ons gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens na het lezen van deze privacyverklaring dan is het mogelijk om contact met ons op te nemen via de contactgegevens die onder aan de privacyverklaring staan.
Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing sinds 7 mei 2022. De laatste veranderingen aan deze privacyverklaring zijn gemaakt op 7 mei 2022.
2. Wie is verantwoordelijk voor uw persoonsgegevens?
Het bestuur van Ada Alumni is voor de verwerkingen die in dit privacyverklaring aan de orde komen de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke in de zin van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming ("AVG"). Dit houdt in dat het bestuur van Ada Alumni verantwoordelijk is voor een zorgvuldige en behoorlijke verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens.

Om uw persoonsgegevens te mogen verwerken, moet de verwerking zijn gebaseerd op één van de grondslagen uit de AVG. In het geval van Ada Alumni is dat voor wat betreft de hierboven genoemde doeleinden

Alle bestuurders hebben toegang tot uw persoonlijke gegevens.
6.2 Toegang tot uw persoonsgegevens door derde partijen
De volgende categorieën derde partijen hebben toegang tot of verkrijgen uw persoonsgegevens, waar dat relevant is voor de voorzieningen en diensten van deze partijen jegens Ada Alumni.
Wij delen de gegevens die wij verwerken niet met andere derde partijen, behalve wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is.
7. Hoe lang worden uw persoonsgegevens bewaard?
Ada Alumni bewaart uw persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de AVG. Uw gegevens worden in ieder geval na 2 jaar na beëindiging van lidmaatschap verwijderd.
8. Hoe worden uw persoonsgegevens beveiligd?
Ada Alumni heeft passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen geïmplementeerd ter bescherming van de persoonsgegevens tegen onbedoelde of onrechtmatige vernietiging van de gegevens, onbedoelde schade, verlies, wijziging en ongeautoriseerde openbaring of toegang, en tegen alle andere vormen van onrechtmatige verwerking (inclusief, maar niet gelimiteerd tot niet noodzakelijke verzameling van gegevens) of verdere verwerking. Deze passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen houden in dat alleen bestuurder toegang hebben tot Google Workspace, waar de persoonsgegeven opgeslagen zijn.
9. Hoe kunt u uw privacyrechten uitoefenen?
U hebt het recht op inzage van een overzicht van uw persoonsgegevens en, onder bepaalde voorwaarden, rectificatie en/of verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens. Daar komt bij dat u in bepaalde gevallen ook het recht heeft op beperking van de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, het recht op bezwaar tegen de verwerking en het recht op dataportabiliteit.
Om uw recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar of dataportabiliteit in te roepen, neemt u dan contact met ons op via de contactgegevens onderaan deze privacyverklaring. Let wel, wij kunnen additionele informatie vragen ter verificatie van uw identiteit bij het inroepen van deze rechten.
Als u toestemming heeft gegeven voor het verwerken van uw persoonsgegevens voor een bepaald doeleinde, dan kunt u deze toestemming te allen tijde intrekken. Let wel, het intrekken van uw toestemming heeft geen terugwerkende kracht. U kunt contact met ons opnemen hierover via ada@gewis.nl.
10. Met wie kunt u contact opnemen?
Als u vragen hebt over de manier waarop wij uw persoonsgegevens verwerken, dan kunt u ons dat laten weten via ada@gewis.nl. Wij helpen u graag verder.
Wanneer u van mening bent dat uw persoonsgegevens in strijd met de AVG worden verwerkt, bijvoorbeeld als u van mening bent dat wij uw persoonsgegevens niet met zorg verwerken, of omdat uw verzoek tot inzage of rectificatie niet tijdig is beantwoord kunt u rechtstreeks een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. De Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens behandelt de klacht of het verzoek en neemt hierover een besluit.

Ada Alumni will keep your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The data are not kept for longer than is necessary to reach the goals for which the data have been collected, and will be erased in any case after 2 years when you withdraw your consent.

Ada Alumni has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data against unintended or unlawful destruction of the data, unintended damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection of data) or further processing. These appropriate technical and organizational measures include only board members have access to personal data saved in Google Workspace.
9. How can you exercise your privacy rights?
You have the right of access to your personal data and, under certain conditions, rectification and/or erasure of your personal data. Furthermore, in certain cases you also have the right to restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
